HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE
In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia that all of our products ship from. Due to the overseas location of our fulfillment center, please allow for up to 1-3 weeks for shipping and up to 3-4 weeks if the order is international.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you an email with tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also send an email to email@example.com to enable us provide you with adequate updates on the status of your order.

HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO PROCESS MY PRODUCT?
Due to the heavy pressure of order, please allow us at least 2-3 days to process your product. We will notify you through email as soon as the order is processed.
CAN MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED TO AN OFFICE ADDRESS?
Yes. Your parcel can be delivered to any address convenient for you. To make this possible, you must enter your preferred address as your ‘shipping address’ before you checkout.
LOST STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.
ORDER WITH INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently our store ships to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, EU, Asian Countries and New Zealand.
WHAT ABOUT DUTIES/TAXES?
Due to the small stated value amounts entered by our fulfillment center it is not often that our customers receive duty/extra charges upon import. With that said every country reserves the right to charge tax on any imports, which is entirely out of our control.
In the rare event a charge occurs, customers are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact costs of these fees you should see your local post office or customs office. We will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.
WHAT ABOUT BACKORDERS?
Sometimes an item is so popular it gets snagged up before we know it! Don't worry we promise to get it to you as soon as possible! We know the anticipation of your new items arriving is exciting and we so much appreciate your patients!

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?
While the vast majority of items do arrive on time, there are occasional postage delays, especially at this time of the year. Invariably domestic orders will turn up within a couple of days, but if after 21 working days your item hasn't arrived please email email@example.com. We will begin a lost in post claim, and issue you with either a replacement or a refund immediately.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE TO PROTECT MY WATCH IN TRANSIT?
Delivery is free of charge for all orders.
For maximum protection, we use our own custom-cut cardboard boxes which snugly fit the boxes of all watch brands which we sell, filled with air bags or polystyrene.
CAN YOU DELIVER ON A SUNDAY?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on Sundays at this time.

While we try in good faith to be as accurate as possible, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content inaccurate, complete, reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on Natureonwrist.com that contains typographical error, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW?
Buyacoolwatch.com delivers thousands of watches to customers every day in an absolutely efficient manner, enabling us under certain circumstances to offer special offers and exclusives.
However, just because we sell watches in great quantities, that doesn't mean you won't receive the same after care that you would benefit from if purchased at a high street store. Our sales lines are open 7 days a week and in the event of any problem our customer support lines are open Monday to Saturday.
Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE ORDER?
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Otherwise we are more then happy to accept a return (please see "Return" FAQ for instructions) and you can place an order for the new item you would like on our website.

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT THE WRONG/DAMAGED ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO ME
If you receive a wrong/damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at email@example.com for a replacement item or a store credit to be issued. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced.
Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible!
HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND PROCESS TAKE?
After your item is retrieved and assessed, your claim is validated. We will email you as soon as possible. Usually it takes 7-12 days.
WHEN I WILL BE REFUNDED?
99% of refunds are processed on the day that the item is returned to us, but due to the seasonal period some refunds may take slightly longer to process. The returns department will process all refunds as quickly as possible. We ask for up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed. If after 14 days you haven't received your refund please contact us at email@example.com.
WHAT IF I ORDER A PRODUCT AND I DO NOT LIKE IT?
We operate a full 29 days refund policy, where if you change your mind on any purchase you can return it to us within 29 days for a full refund.
